HVAC Services in Troubadour, College Grove, TN
College Grove HVAC Repair Pro is the local heating and air team for Troubadour. We repair, install and maintain systems here with honest diagnostics and upfront pricing.
About Troubadour
Troubadour is the golf and field club community on the College Grove and Arrington side of Williamson County, known for large acreage homesites, equestrian facilities and a low-density, countryside character. If you have seen the name Hideaway at Arrington, that is this same community under an earlier name, not a separate neighborhood.
Properties here pair a main residence with the buildings acreage life brings: guest houses, pool houses, workshops and barn offices. Each structure has its own comfort needs, and the distances between buildings make a single stretched system a poor answer.
Common HVAC Issues in Troubadour Homes
Our Troubadour work leans on right-sized solutions per building: full systems for the main house, ductless mini-splits or dedicated heat pumps for guest houses and workshops, and maintenance rounds that cover every structure at the property in one scheduled visit.
- Guest houses and pool houses with no ductwork or undersized systems
- Main homes where long duct runs starve the far rooms
- Workshops and barn offices that need heat in winter and cooling in summer
- Heat pumps working hard on exposed, windy acreage in cold snaps
- Properties where systems in different buildings age on different schedules

Frequently Asked Questions
Is Hideaway at Arrington a separate area from Troubadour?
No. Hideaway at Arrington is the earlier name for the same community now known as Troubadour. We list it here so homeowners searching either name find the right page.
What is the best way to heat and cool a guest house here?
For most guest houses, a ductless mini-split or a small dedicated heat pump is the cleanest answer: independent control, no ductwork to run between buildings, and no load added to the main home system.
How fast can you reach Troubadour?
We are based at 8615 Horton Highway in College Grove, so Troubadour is on our home ground in the 37046 area. During business hours we schedule as promptly as the day allows, and emergencies are covered around the clock.
